ENGAGED_LAST7_DAYS
Subscribers who engaged (opened/clicked) in the last 7 days
NEW_SUBSCRIBERS
EngagementLifecycleStage = New (0-60 days since creation)
ACTIVE_LIFECYCLE
EngagementLifecycleStage = Active (engaged within last 30 days)
AT_RISK_LIFECYCLE
EngagementLifecycleStage = AtRisk (30-60 days no engagement)
DORMANT_CONTACTS
EngagementLifecycleStage = Dormant (60-90 days no engagement)
LOST_CONTACTS
EngagementLifecycleStage = Lost (90+ days no engagement)
REACTIVATED_CONTACTS
EngagementLifecycleStage = Reactivated (was dormant/lost, now engaging)
NEVER_ENGAGED_CONTACTS
EngagementLifecycleStage = NeverEngaged (no engagement activity recorded)
PRIORITY_SENDS
SendRecommendation = 3 (Hot engaged subscribers, priority to send)
STANDARD_SENDS
SendRecommendation = 2 (Warm subscribers, standard send targets)
CAUTION_SENDS
SendRecommendation = 1 (Cold but recoverable, send with caution)
DO_NOT_SEND
SendRecommendation = 0 (High risk, avoid sending to prevent list damage)
AT_RISK_OF_CHURN
ChurnRisk >= 70 (high probability of becoming permanently inactive)
UNSUBSCRIBE_RISK
UnsubscribeRisk >= 55 (high probability of unsubscribing)
HIGH_FATIGUE_RISK
ListFatigueScore >= 70 (showing signs of email fatigue)
VIP_ENGAGED
EngagementLevel = Hot AND Last5Opened > 4 (most valuable engaged subscribers)
RELIABLE_READS
EngagementLevel = Warm AND Last5Opened BETWEEN 2 AND 3 (consistent moderate engagement)
SPORADIC_ENGAGERS
EngagementTrendIndicator = Stable AND Last5Opened BETWEEN 1 AND 2 (intermittent engagement)
ZERO_ENGAGEMENT_LAST5
Last5Opened = 0 AND Last5Count >= 5 (completely disengaged from recent campaigns)
CONSISTENT_ENGAGERS
EngagementTrendIndicator = Stable AND EngagementLevel >= Warm (maintaining good engagement)
IMPROVING_ENGAGERS
EngagementTrendIndicator = Improving (engagement trending upward)
DECLINING_ENGAGERS
EngagementTrendIndicator = Declining (engagement trending downward)
HIGH_REENGAGEMENT_PRIORITY
ReengagementPriority >= 3 AND EngagementLifecycleStage IN (AtRisk, Dormant) (high-value reengagement targets)
