What senderReputationAvg is an average OF. 0 no benchmark, 1 the sending domain, 2 the account. Mailbox providers score the sending domain, so the domain average is the benchmark that corresponds to what determines delivery; the account average is the fallback. Scope 0 is not an average of zero, it means no benchmark exists yet, and the client must show no comparison rather than a downward arrow against nothing.
