Possible Values

NEW

Contact is new and in onboarding period

ACTIVE

Contact is actively engaging with campaigns

AT_RISK

Contact's engagement is declining but not yet dormant

DORMANT

Contact has not engaged recently but may be recoverable

LOST

Contact has not engaged for an extended period

REACTIVATED

Previously dormant or lost contact that has resumed engagement

NEVER_ENGAGED

Contact has received emails but never engaged (opened, clicked, etc.)
